If you are not using Single Sign-On

Hi team,

We just completed our LucidLink filespace upgrade. To connect to the new system, follow these steps:

  1. Download the new LucidLink app here.
  2. Click on this invite link:
    <paste_your_invite_link_here>
  3. Click on "Create a new account", enter your email and set a password.
  4. You should receive an email to verify your account. Go through the verification steps as instructed.
  5. Accept the invite and connect to the filespace.
  6. Check this video.
  7. Consider trying using LucidLink on your mobile devices.  The mobile apps are available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  8. You can also now access your filespace data on the web at app.lucidlink.com

Please confirm your files and folders are present and accessible. Let me know if you notice any issues. The old filespace is still available in read-only mode. If you need to connect, connect with the old LucidLink application.

  2. Run the app, enter your email address and login into Okta / Entra.
  3. Once logged in, connect to the filespace.
  4. Check this video.
  5. Consider trying using LucidLink on your mobile devices.  The mobile apps are available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  6. You can also now access your filespace data on the web at app.lucidlink.com

Please confirm your files and folders are present and accessible. Let me know if you notice any issues. The old filespace is still available in read-only mode. If you need to connect, connect with the old LucidLink application.
